Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of small-batch stationery and custom illustrated products, we generally do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There was a printing or manufacturing issue

If any of these apply, please email us within 7 days of delivery.


2. Order Issues

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Opened sticker packs or stationery sets (for hygiene and handling reasons)


4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Your bank may take a few days to post the refund.


5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.
For urgent issues, email us immediately.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
